US TSYS: 10-year tsy futures trade flat amid a very quiet session with a lack of
major new or data releases baring the Axios report that President Trump's
advisers have informally discussed holding a summit next month with Chinese
President Xi Jinping. This comes as Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and
Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin lead a group of officials headed to Beijing.
