10-year yields peaked above 3.1000 yesterday, but failed to take out the May 18
high. Despite this, the short-term outlook remains bullish with higher highs
posted in recent sessions. A break of 3.1261 is needed for resumption of the
uptrend, above here brings 2011 levels into play and the May 18 high at 3.2206.
Bears initially need to clear 3.00, a break below the triangle top from the May
high at 2.9465 & 100-dma at 2.9288 shifts the s/t outlook back to neutral.
