A Firmer Start

US TSYS

The Tsy complex has nudged higher during early Asia-Pac trade, with T-Notes printing through Tuesday's high to last trade +0-05+ at 132-15, while cash Tsys see some modest outperformance in the belly early on (3s the firmest point on the curve, trading ~1.0bp richer). Eurodollar futures run 0.5 tick softer to 2.5 ticks firmer through the reds, firming more further out the strip, with lifts in the reds noted as T-Notes pushed through yesterday's highs (flagged in previous bullets). Little in the way of headline flow to drive the latest uptick, perhaps some regional Asia-Pac demand emerging in the wake of Tuesday's rally and solid 3-Year Tsy supply.
