A green start for the Dollar

USD
  • The US Dollar is on the front foot as US Yields keep rising, after US Data beat expectation on Friday.
  • Worst small early performer, is the CHF, albeit just down 0.24%, but the pair hasn't managed to break the 0.9100 figure, to test the initial resistance of 0.9112, instead failed multiple times last week, only managing a 0.9096 high in USDCHF.
  • Main focus remains on the USDJPY and the 152.00 level, which has clearly been defended.
  • Despite the US 10yr Yield breaking above the 2024 high last week, clearing 4.40% and now eyeing a test at 4.45%, USDJPY faded off 151.95 last week, and trades at 151.81 in early trade.
