US TSYS: A tight first hour or so of electronic trading for T-Notes with the
contract last unchanged at 139-03+, representing early session lows, as U.S.
equity index futures tick higher.
- Comes after a relatively tight Monday session for the contract (with
accompanying low volumes), which saw focus fall on the fireworks in the crude
space, cash curve saw some light flattening.
- Worth flagging that U.S. President Trump has revealed that New York Governor
Cuomo will visit the White House on Tuesday, expect COVID-19 and fiscal aid
comments to come under scrutiny there.
- Elsewhere, various GOP senators have reportedly pushed the SBA to continue to
accept PPP loan applications, as they seek a deal re: further funding on the
Hill.
- Eurodollar futures sit +0.5 to -0.5.
