ADVISORY: US PPI Lockup Cancelled; Release Delayed

     WASHINGTON (MNI) - Tuesday's lockup to release the PPI data has been
cancelled due to the winter weather in Washington, D.C. The Office of Personal
Management has announced that Federal Government offices in Washington will open
two hours late on Tuesday.
     As a result, the data will be released live on the Labor Department's
website at 8:30 a.m. ET. MNI will release the data on its Mainwire and bullets
products as soon as possible after release time, but there will be some delay.
