upper end of the range. 2) Liscio: Estimates +300k NFP a below-consensus
forecast. AHE seen at +0.1%. 3) The seasonals for this particular report are
slightly weak. November NFP prints (October's data) tend to disappoint, having
done so 55% of the time over the last 20-years for an average of -38k. On the
other hand, when there are upside surprises (45% of occurrences), the average is
+77k."
