AUD Holds Gains Despite Weaker Q/Q GDP Print

AUD/USD saw a brief dip lower post the weaker than expected Q3 q/q print (+0.2% versus 0.5% forecast, although y/y was +2.1% versus 1.9% forecast). However, there has been little follow through. We last track at 0.6565/70, still +0.25% firmer for session and clsoe to session highs, amid a slightly better equity backdrop. OIS has been volatile, with initial firmness before correcting. Bond futures showed a similar reaction. More details to follow.
