Aussie 10 year bond futures are down...>

AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie 10 year bond futures are down 2 ticks from Friday's close
after strong gains last week were unable to overcome the Jan 3 spike highs. The
resumption of equity weakness across the region is failing to support the space.
Cash yields are up 0.1bp after recovering some early losses to keep Friday's
lows intact.
- 3 year futures have extended their selloff, down 4.5 ticks. A close back below
98.360 would suggest a bearish reversal following last week's strong gains on
the back of the RBA's neutral/dovish pivot.
- The 3s-10s spread is testing Feb lows at 48.0bps.
- Australian econ releases this week include domestic home loans due Tuesday.
Elsewhere, RBA's Heath speaks on Wednesday, while RBA's Kent speaks on Friday.
