AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie Bond futures have moved lower, registering fresh intraday
lows, with YM & XM both trading 4.5 ticks softer at writing, YM breached its
SYCOM low. Little in the way of headline catalysts observed. YM/XM at 52.00,
cash 3-/10-Year yield differential last 49.3bp, with the AU/U.S. 10-Year yield
spread last -42.9bp.
- Little in the way of headline catalysts for a broader, modest risk-on move.
U.S. equity index futures trade higher, with USD/JPY at session highs. China's
2017 GDP growth with revised down to 6.8% from 6.9%. China's 2018 GDP release is
due Monday, with talk of China implementing a target range of 6.0-6.5%, target
currently stands at around 6.5%.
- Bill strip continues to steepen white the whites and reds 1 to 7 ticks lower.
