AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie bonds added to their post-RBNZ sell off in SYCOM trade,
taking impetus from the Tsy space, with contracts operating off of early Sydney
lows at writing, YM -2.5, XM -3.0.
- We have seen S&P suggest that the Coronavirus outbreak is unlikely to threaten
Australia's triple-A sovereign credit rating, with the ratings agency looking
for a 0.5ppt impact on Australia's 2020 GDP growth on the back of the outbreak
(which would result in 1.7% growth during calendar 2020 in its view).
- Bills print 1-4 ticks lower through the reds.
- Consumer inflation expectations and an address from RBA Governor Lowe headline
today's local docket.
