AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie Bonds also dragged higher in the wake of the contractionary
Caixin Chinese manufacturing PMI reading, although 3- &10-Year bond futures
failed to pierce the early session highs.
- YMH9 last 2.5 ticks higher at 98.225. Contract has breached up trendline
resistance, with the next level of notable resistance seen at the 61.8%
retracement level of 98.310 (on a continuation basis). 10-Year futures trade 3.0
ticks higher at 97.710, after the contract breached the June 15 2017 high, with
bulls now focusing at the 61.8% retracement level at ~97.74 (on a continuation
basis).
- Bills trade 1-3 ticks higher through the whites and reds.
