Bund makes now session lows with EGBs and Treasuries

BONDS
  • Bund is through that small initial area that was at 136.59, but most Investors will look at 136.25 next, Yesterday's low.
  • Further out, would see 135.81, this is the 15th December low, when the contract rallied 167 ticks following the last Prelim European PMIs misses.
  • Below that level, opens to 135.63, not a tech level, but where the contract was trading the last pre Dovish FOMC.
  • For US 10yr (TYH4), Yesterday's low is at 111.28, and a clear break through the latter, sees 111-09+ High Dec 7.
  • Further out, a move towards ~110.29+, would have reversed the last Dovish FOMC Rally.
