New York grand jury can have access to Pres Trump's financial records; while
Florida COVID test positivity rates and deaths hit new highs. 
- Periphery spreads widened as Eurostoxx hit session lows, while the German
curve flattened significantly.
- We await any news out of the Eurogroup, with a press conference at 1700BST.
- Has been a very quiet session re speakers and data; apart from that, was MNI's
sources piece on the permanence of the ECB's PEPP this morning.
