China Seen Selling 3Tn Yuan More Local Bonds: Newspaper

Chinese local governments are forecast to sell about CNY3 trillion in bonds, including special-purpose and general-purpose bonds, in the next three months, The Paper said citing an estimate by Tang Linmin, an analyst with China International Futures. Infrastructure investment for 2020 will likely total CNY6 trillion as local governments have been greenlighted to use the special-purpose bond proceeds as initial capital to kick off projects, The Paper reported citing a report by China Chengxin Credit.
