CHINA: China's investment in infrastructure in H2 is likely to "rebound from a
low level," given increased issuance of local government special bonds, which

Statistics said at a briefing on Monday.
- The property market is likely to be stable in 2H;
- China's tax-cut policies may produce further positive effects on the economy
