Rees-Mogg refuses to confirm whether the House of Commons will sit on Saturday
19 October.
- This is despite No.10 previously saying parliament will sit on the date to
allow PM to give update from EU Council meeting. 
- UK-EU talks today and tomorrow likely to determine whether Johnson views it as
politically advantageous to have the House sit, will want to come back with
something to present, rather than simply being forced to extend Article 50
period by Benn Act.
