CPC Oct Loadings Lowest Since 2016

OIL

The Caspian CPC blend loadings have been set at 3.85m tons in October compared to a revised 3.997m tons in September and 5.03mtons in August.

  • The October loadings, equivalent to 0.98mbpd, are the lowest since September 2016.
  • Maintenance at the Karachaganak field until Oct 6 and the outage of two moorings at CPC terminal are combining to limit CPC output. Ongoing work at Tengiz and a gas leak at Kashagan last week resulted in a revised September loading schedule down from 5.15m tons.
