Cyprus 7-year mandate and concurrent 4-year tender

The transaction is expected to be issued in registered form under the Issuer's EMTN Programme and is expected to be launched in the near future subject to market conditions."
  • "The Republic of Cyprus has concurrently announced a capped tender offer for its existing €1.5bn 2.375% Notes due September 2028 (ISIN: XS1883942648). The tender offer will expire on 25 June 2024, and is being made subject to the completion of the abovementioned offering and the other conditions (including the offer and distribution restrictions) described in the tender offer memorandum dated 18 June 2024. Citi, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and HSBC are acting as Dealer Managers."
