CZECHIA: Czechia Reports Current Account Balance

  • Finance Minister Zbynek Stanjura told Denik N that Czechia's public finances healthier than in neighbouring countries, with the government expected to make a final decision on the draft 2025 state budget on September 25. Stanjura said that next week should bring a definitive end to political negotiations surrounding the spending plan. He also played down the potential of the upcoming regional elections to shake up the domestic political scene.
