Daly Reiterates View

San Francisco Fed President Daly (Dove, '21 voter) told PBS Newshour that the spike in inflation could last until next year, but the readings do not suggest that the central bank needs to change course. She also stressed that she is looking for continued progress in the labour market alongside higher COVID vaccination rates before enacting a taper. She currently envisages the Fed tapering later this year or early next year (in line with previously outlined view)
