Dangote to Potentially Produce 60kbd Gasoline in June: FGE

Feasible levels of gasoline out of Nigeria’s ramping up Dangote refinery are estimated at 60kbd in June according to FGE.

  • It is made with the assumption of the successful start of the reformer unit.
  • The RFCC unit is not expected to come online until 4Q at the earliest, with no sign yet that the hydrocracking or hydrotreating units are operating.
  • The mild hydrocracker startup is estimated in 3Q.
  • WTI purchases for the refinery have slowed due to less favorable economics than in recent months.
