Danish 548MW Biomass Unit Extends Works

Denmark’s 548MW unit 2 at its 802MW Avedoreaerket biomass power plant has extended its planned maintenance to the 3 September from 31 August, latest Remit data show.

  • The unit began maintenance on 14 May and has faced several delays in returning to the grid, with the unit previously expected to come back online as early as 10-24 July, remit showed on 13 May 2024 and 31 October 2023 .
