Will align its legal structure with current management structure which has 5 divisions of Express, Global Forwarding/Freight, Supply Chain, eCommerce and Post & Parcel Germany. To do so it is "establishing Post & Parcel Germany and eCommerce as standalone corporate entities" while "the name 'Deutsche Post AG' will continue to be used for the Post & Parcel Germany activities.".
