DOLLAR: DXY last sits at 96.63, barely changed on the day, with WTI ~1.4% lower
& gold ~0.2% lower at writing. Worth mentioning another round of Sino-U.S. trade
talks begins this week in Beijing, while today Axios cited unnamed sources
saying that U.S. President Trump's advisers has unofficial discussions re: a
possible Trump-Xi summit in March. 
- This occurs after the dollar index added 13 pips Friday. 
- DXY bulls look for a break above 96.69, where the index peaked Friday, before
challenging the upper 1.0% 10-DMA envelope at 97.00. Meanwhile, bears need a
fall through Friday's low of 96.45 before targeting the 50-DMA at 96.36. 
- U.S. focus today turns to remarks from Fed's Bowman.
