Heavy SOFR and Treasury option volume overnight, leaning towards upside calls (some chunky SFRZ4 put trades reported, however) as underlying futures add to Thu's rally back to early Feb levels in Tsys, 10Y yield falling to 3.9243% low ahead of this morning's July NFP. Projected rate cut pricing into year end continue to gain vs. late Thursday levels (*): Sep'24 cumulative -32.9bp (-31.3bp), Nov'24 cumulative -60.4bp (-56.6bp), Dec'24 -87.9bp (-82.8bp).
