EGB futures at lowest levels since mid December

  • Bund continues to push lower, brushing aside the German CPI National print, and its been a one way downside price action in Core and semi Core Bonds for the past 6 hours.
  • Italian BTP already trades at its lowest level since 15th December, and next support comes at 117.89.
  • Below the latter, mind the large gap down to 117.07, levels where the contract was trading post last FOMC meeting.
  • Bund look to break this week's low of 136.25, which is also the lowest print since mid December.
  • For French OAT, this week's low comes at 130.55, and below the latter, opens to 130.13.
