EGB SUMMARY
EGB SUMMARY: EGBs continue to await the outcome of the EU Summit. A spokesman
for Charles Michel has stated that the plenary session has been moved from
1500BST to 1600BST (1000ET to 1100ET). This is to give time for technical
briefings for the leaders beforehand. However, ahead of the talks Dutch PM Rutte
said that some leaders are "getting agitated at times" according to Bloomberg.
- There is no timetable for how long talks will continue. At present it seems as
though talks will continue late into the night.
