BOND SUMMARY: /EGBs-GILTS: BTPs have retraced most of the spread widening on the
cash open, following reports that 5-Star's Di Maio could quit as leader, with
Corriere reporting a 0900GMT meeting set between him and the party.
- 10-Yrs widened 8bps to Bunds to high of 169.8bps, last 164.4bps.
- Alongside, core FI has been supported from the lows: Mar Bund futures (RX)
down 16 ticks at 172.05 (L: 171.91); Gilts down 10 ticks at 133.46 (L: 133.38).
- France Jan confidence data a slight miss; Italian industrial data (0900GMT),
UK public sector finances (0930GMT) and CBI (1100GMT) out later.
- BoE Gov Carney on panel "Solving the Green Growth Equation" this morning,
unsurprisingly not a market mover.
- No EGB govvy issuance today; Thursday will be heavy with Spain and France. And
of course, ECB meeting Thursday (MNI Preview will be out this morning).
