minority of seats in House of Commons, vs. 29% Friday, CBC poll tracker shows. 

-Conservatives and Liberals tied with 34% popular support, CBC poll tracker

shows.

-Negative focus on Scheer on recent days after reports revealed he has dual

citizenship with the U.S.; he has filed paperwork to renounce it.

-Major English-language nationwide televised debate tonight may shift support

for parties; Scheer struggled in French debate last week.

-Party must win majority of 338 seats in House of Commons to pass budgets and

legislation without opposition support.
