EURO-DOLLAR: EUR/USD blips through yesterday's low at $1.0834, bottoming at
$1.0827, before trading back to $1.0833 last, a handful of pips lower on the
day. The move looked order driven, with no obvious headlines. Bears now look to
$1.0803 the 1.618 projection of the Jan 16 - Jan 29 decline from the Feb 3 high
after the recent break through the 2019 lows.
