EURO-DOLLAR: EUR/USD has edged higher and last sits at $1.1369 after closing

- As a reminder, on Monday the IMF downgraded Italy's & EZ 2019 growth forecasts
to 0.6% (from 1%) & 1.6% (from 1.9%) respectively.
- Bulls look to the hourly high at $1.1380, followed by yesterday's peak at
$1.1409. Conversely, bears look for a break below $1.1357, where the rate
bottomed yesterday, before attempting a move at the Jan 4 low of $1.1346.
- The ECB is set to deliver its MonPol decision Thursday, with no change to the
policy rate expected. Instead, the Bank's rhetoric re: the slowing EZ economy
