Eurozone sovereign bond...........>
EUROZONE ISSUANCE
EUROZONE ISSUANCE: Eurozone sovereign bond issuance is estimated to fall to
E8.5bln this week from E26bln over last week.
- ISSUANCE: We anticipate that Greece will launch its much rumoured 7Y
syndicated deal early in the week if markets calm down, expected to be E3bln. On
Tuesday, Austria is due to sell E1.38bln of RAGB 0% Jul-23 and RAGB 0.75%
Feb-28. On Wednesday, Germany sells E3bln of its recently introduced Feb-28. On
Thursday and Ireland is to sell E1.0-1.25bln of Irish 0.9% 2028 and 1.7% 2037.
The light supply might tempt Finland to syndicate a deal perhaps either a 5Y or
15Y.
- CASH FLOWS: There are no coupon payments or redemptions and so gross supply
will also be the net supply total.
