Finance Ministry Expecting To Sell $16.5 Billion In Bonds In 2024

  • The finance ministry have said that Chile will sell up to an equivalent of $16.5 billion in bonds in 2024 as part of its financing plan, 90% of which will be in local currency, according to a ministry statement. Overall amount includes around $3.8b equivalent to pay off debts contracted previously. Net debt would then be around $12.7b in 2024.
