FINANCIALS: Revolut Gains UK Banking Licence

FINANCIALS

Revolut (private company, no bonds in issue) has received a UK banking licence (after a long time of trying). We'd presume it'll follow the Egg/Marcus model of taking deposits first, then adding card lending, it could (one day) become an issuer in our universe. Plus another more direct competitor for UK mainstream banks.
