UK PRESS: From The Sun's Tom Newton Dunn: "Northern Ireland Secretary Julian
Smith has arrived at the Commons for an early meeting with the PM - saying he
expects to be sacked."
- Initially rumoured in The Times this morning. 
- The sacking of Smith would come as something of a shock given that his work
was seen as an important part of bringing the power-sharing agreement back to
Stormont following several years where Northern Ireland had no devolved gov't. 
- Supposedly No.10 'blindsided' by agreement from NIO that there would be
investigations into alleged  crimes committed by British soldiers during The
Troubles.
