diplomacy with N Korea. Twitter messages from the (US)  President suggesting
diplomacy is a waste of time were seen as more bluster. S Korean experts still
insist N Korea 'only' has improving missile and nuclear weapon technology but
not the conventional forces necessary to protect them."
- Vogel added too that "on the Fed front, Asian investors were uncomfortable
with headlines suggesting Chair possibility Kevin Warsh has been extremely
hawkish in his comments about QE."
