Futures Give Back Overnight Gains

JGBS

JGB futures ticked lower during the morning session, unwinding the overnight uptick, hitting the lunch break at Tuesday's settlement levels. Cash trade sees yields virtually unchanged across the curve dealing within -/+0.5bp of yesterday's closing levels. Swap spreads generally wider across the curve, with 20-Year swaps seeing the most pronounced uptick (+1.7bp) ahead of tomorrow's 20-Year supply. There has been nothing in the way of tier 1 local headline flow.
