JGB futures ultimately piggybacked the Ukraine/NFP-related bid in U.S. Tsys on Friday, adding 19 ticks to settlement levels in post-Tokyo trade, finishing just shy of best levels of the session. Note that U.S. Tsys have rallied in early Asia dealing, with the latest run higher in crude oil futures intensifying stagflationary worry. This may spill over into early Tokyo trade. Note that the local docket is empty today, with little in the way of meaningful local news flow observed since Friday’s Tokyo close.
