Futures Push Lower As Market Eyes More Aggressive ECB Hike Next Week

Euribor futures have edged down 2.5-4.5 ticks across most of the whites through blues. Pressure is mounting on the ECB to up the ante at next week's GC meeting as euro area inflation pushes closer to the double digits, while Joachim Nagel yesterday warned of the risk that higher inflation could persist for longer than expected and that a 'strong' rate hike is required in September.
