discussed 4 QE scenarios, agreed next step is to cut stimuls and should be done
with broadest possible consensus. Options said to have included buys at E40bn or
E20bn a month, extension options out to 6-months or 9-months. Rate has climbed
from around $1.2047 to current $1.2062, though reaction not picking up the
recent strong momentum.
