BUNDS
BUNDS: German fixed income futures trade at virtually unchanged levels at
writing.
- Schatz +0.005, Bobls +0.010, Bunds +0.01.
- Thursday saw Germany narrowly avoid a technical recession, although a bid
crept into the space as equities pulled back, with further demand observed on
the back of a soft U.S. retail sales data and questions re: the ongoing
U.S.-China trade talks.
- Focus today turns to EZ trade balance, as well as remarks from ECB's Coeure &
Angeloni, participants will also keep an eye on the Spanish political situation
with many expecting a snap election to be called at some point on Friday after
the ruling government failed to pass its budget on Wednesday.
