GERMANY & ITALY WILL ISSUE EGBs THIS WEEK

EUROZONE ISSUANCE

EGB issuance slows markedly this week with just Germany and Italy scheduled to hold auctions. We estimate supply of E13.5bn compared to E19.7bn last week.
- ISSUANCE: Germany will be the first to come to issue with a sale of the 0% Aug-30 Bund for E4bn on Wednesday. Italy will then sell M/L-T BTPs on Thursday with issue details and target volumes TBA.
- CASH FLOWS: There will be no redemptions this week only minor coupon payments will leave net cash flows at E13.5bn for the week.
