EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE
EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE: Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Belgium and
the ESM are all due to come to market this week to issue bills. Supply for this
week was E16.0bln vs E11.0bln last week.
- ISSUANCE: On Monday, Germany, the Netherlands and France kicked off issuance
for the week. Germany allotted E1.91bln of 6-month Bubill while the Netherlands
also sold 6-month bills for E1.01bln. France sold a combination of
3-/6-/12-month BTFs for E4.47bln, very close to the top of the E3.3-4.5bln
range.
- Spain, Belgium and the ESM rounded off issuance for the week on Tuesday with
the former two countries selling in the middle of their target range. Spain sold
E4.45bln in 6-/12-month letras against a target of E4.0-5.0bln. Belgium sold
E1.63bln of short and medium bills against a target of E1.4-1.8bln. The ESM sold
E2.5bln in 3-month bills.
