Gilts trade either side of late Tuesday levels, with dips in futures below 99.20 bought at the open.

  • Futures last 99.34.
  • Bulls will look to close Tuesday’s opening gap lower (99.47). More meaningful resistance is seen at the 20-day EMA (99.82).
  • Conversely, support comes in at yesterday’s low (98.56), follow by the key Sep 2 low (98.11).
  • Yields ~1.5bp lower across the curve.
  • SONIA futures and BoE-dated OIS around levels flagged pre-gilt open.
  • BoE hawk Greene will speak in ~45 minutes (09:00 London).
