Global Govies reverses Asia session....>

BOND SUMMARY
BOND SUMMARY: Global Govies reverses Asia session weakness.
-Despite the late bid in Equities yesterday afternoon and overnight, Mini S&P
hit fresh session lows in early Europe, although yesterday's rally was stellar.
-Treasuries are back to flat this morning, erasing some of the overnight
weakness, albeit with very little conviction ahead of a quieter day, ahead of
NFP tomorrow.
We do get Fed Kaplan later in the day.
-Same market price action was seen in EU equities, which saw Risk Off flow,
providing a bid into Bonds and other safe Haven like Gold.
-EU peripheral are widening against the German 10, with Portugal and Spain
really underperforming and sitting at 5.8bps wider for Portugal and 4bps for
Spain
-Gilt have taken their cue from other assets and are better bid as we gear up
for the US session.
- Gilt futures are up 0.04 today at 136.19 with 10y yields down -0.2bp at 0.366%
and 2y yields down -1.8bp at 0.178%.
