GOLD
GOLD: Gold trades little changed, operating either side of $1,330/oz in early
Asia-Pacific dealing.
- Soft ADP employment data weighed on the USD on Wednesday, allowing the yellow
metal to threaten a break above the YtD highs. That was before a stronger than
expected ISM non-m'fing print allowed the USD and Tsy yields to regain some
poise, pushing gold away from best levels in the process.
- YtD highs provide the initial resistance point, while broken resistance at
$1,326.33 provides initial support.
