A firm payrolls print Friday saw Treasuries reverse early gains, eroding the
week's gains but placing the Monday lows of 121-02 under no real threat. For
markets to extend the losses into the coming week, bears need to first break
back below the Jan 18 low at 121-02 to gain more momentum before a run at the
Dec 26 low of 120-28. For the uptrend to resume, bulls need to recover back
above the recent highs of 122-19 which would bring the Jan 3 high at 123-08 back
into view. A break would improve the long term outlook and open a run at the Dec
29 2017 high at 124-02+, ahead of the 50% retracement level at 125-26+.
