  • Annual headline inflation data for October is expected to rise above 145% Y/y: Data is due at 1900GMT/1400ET:
    • Oct. National CPI YoY, est. 145.10%, prior 138.30%; MoM est. 9.4%, prior 12.7%
    • Oct. Greater Buenos Aires CPI YoY, prior 138.3%; MoM prior 12.2%
  • The central bank is expected to release its October survey on market expectations, which may reflect how market views shifted after the Oct. 22 first-round presidential vote, which saw Economy Minister Sergio Massa and libertarian Javier Milei advance to a Nov. 19 runoff.
  • As a reminder, Brazil-based AtlasIntel puts Javier Milei’s support at 49% compared to 45% for Economy Minister Sergio Massa, according to a poll released Friday. Discounting blank votes, annulled votes and undecideds — which is the way the winner will ultimately be decided — the libertarian’s lead is 52% to 48%. (BBG)
