Irish FM-FTA w/UK More Likely Than Not, But Problems If Nothing Next Week

Irish Foreign Minister Simon Coveney talking to EMI/KAS webinar says that he believes an FTA with the UK is more likely than not, but adds that it is quite possible things could fall apart and he would not be shocked.
